A car built by motorcycle racer Leo Romppanen. It had motorcycle engine and it was started by pressing a starter pedal (like old motorcycles) located outside the car.

Looks like it's a pretty much stock American Bantam. The skirts make it look extra fancy. Maybe he customized the motor?
